Required Documents

  • Past two (2) years W-2 statements
  • Past two (2) years federal tax returns, all schedules included 
  • Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
  • If self-employed through a corporation - year to date profit & loss statement and balance sheet
  • Three (3) most recent monthly bank statements with all numbered pages included
  • Most recent transaction summary of 401K, IRA, or Mutual Fund Accounts
  • Copies of any stocks or certificates of deposits
  • If currently renting…either 12 months cancelled rent checks or landlord contact information
  • If divorced…a fully executed divorce decree
  • A letter of explanation for any known credit issues
  • For a refinance...recent tax bill and current homeowner's insurance declarations page
  • For a purchase...copy of purchase contract and sales agreement
